Revive Watch ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Revive Watch (the "App") for Android and Solana Mobile devices. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App is a de-extinction species board. It displays tokens, prices, and market data sourced from public APIs, and it does not require an account. We collect minimal information to provide and improve the Service:

  • Public Blockchain and Market Data: The App reads publicly available data from the Solana blockchain and from public market-data providers (including DexScreener and Jupiter). This includes public token addresses, prices, volumes, and public on-chain records associated with wallet addresses you choose to use. This data is public and is not "personal data" we collect from you.
  • Device-Local Data: Tokens you star for your watchlist are stored only on your own device (device-local storage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
  • Usage Data: We may collect limited, non-identifying information on how the Service is accessed and used, such as device type and operating system version, to diagnose technical issues.

2. Use of Data

Revive Watch uses the limited data described above for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service (loading public species-token boards, catalyst calendars, search, and market data).
  • To notify you about changes to our Service.
  • To provide customer care and support.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
  • To facilitate user-initiated trading on the Solana blockchain through your own wallet.

3. Data Transfer and Storage

Your information, including any Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, or country where the data protection laws may differ. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Most data displayed in the App is public blockchain and market data retrieved from third-party public APIs (DexScreener, Jupiter, Solana RPC). Your device-local watchlist is stored on your device and is not transferred to us.

4. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of Revive Watch.
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Blockchain Transactions

The App connects to your Solana Mobile wallet through the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. Your private keys never leave your device or your wallet — the App only requests quotes and prepared transactions, and you review and approve every transaction in your own wallet before it is signed and submitted. Please be aware that all transactions you approve are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. Your wallet address and transaction history may be accessed by anyone with access to the blockchain. Blockchain transactions are user-initiated and irreversible.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top.
