This page declares the intellectual property position of the Revive Watch project ("Revive Watch," "we," "us," or "our"). Revive Watch does not claim ownership of any tokens, projects, brands, science programs, or data displayed in the app or on this website, and does not claim affiliation with any of them.

1. Token and Market Data

All token information shown in the Revive Watch app — including names, symbols, logos, descriptions, prices, and market data — belongs to their respective projects, communities, issuers, or data providers. Token data is sourced from public APIs including DexScreener, Jupiter, and public Solana RPC endpoints, and is displayed for informational purposes only. Revive Watch does not issue, endorse, verify, or control any token displayed in the app, and no token displayed in the app is an "official" token of any species-revival science program.

2. Species Families and Credibility Flags

"Species family" groupings (such as Dodo, Mammoth, Woolly, Thylacine, Dire wolf) are keyword heuristics derived from public token names, symbols, and descriptions — they are not claims that a token is endorsed by any science project. Credibility labels ("Official/science source," "Unverified lookalike domain," "No source linked") are evidence-based flags derived from each token's own source links against a curated allow-list and domain-lookalike heuristics. They are informational heuristics, never a verification that a real-world species-revival event occurred, and never a defamatory verdict about a token or its creators.

3. Catalyst Calendar

Catalyst calendar entries are announced milestones and targets from public science-project and news sources, labeled exactly as announced (for example, "Woolly mammoth calves — 2028 target" and "Dire wolf pups — 2025 achieved"). They are shown with source links for identification and informational purposes only. Revive Watch does not confirm that any real-world science event occurred beyond the announced milestone labels, and targets are not guarantees.

4. Third-Party Marks

Solana, Solana Mobile, Seeker, DexScreener, Jupiter, Colossal, Colossal Biosciences, and all other trademarks, service marks, and logos of third parties referenced in the app or on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and reference only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Revive Watch. Revive Watch is not affiliated with Colossal Biosciences, any science project, any wallet provider, or any token project.

5. Our Property

This website, the Revive Watch app (Android application, package app.revivewatch.mobile), its source code, branding, the "Revive Watch" name, logo, banners, and documentation are the property of the Revive Watch project unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this declaration grants you any ownership rights in the app or website itself.

Nothing in Revive Watch constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Tokens in the crypto space are volatile and risky. Always do your own research, follow each token's own source links, and consult a qualified professional before acting.
