This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Revive Watch ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application Revive Watch. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Revive Watch grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Revive Watch application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of Revive Watch.
  • Use the application to misrepresent a token's source credibility, to imply affiliation with Revive Watch or any science project, or to mislead others about the meaning of the credibility flags or catalyst labels.

3. Intellectual Property

The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Revive Watch. Token data, logos, names, and project information shown in the app belong to their respective projects and data providers and are displayed for informational purposes only. 4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Revive Watch. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revive Watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application. Tokens in the crypto space are volatile and risky. The application displays public market data, evidence-based credibility heuristics, and announced catalyst milestones for informational purposes only; it does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All blockchain transactions are user-initiated, approved in your own wallet, and irreversible. Revive Watch does not hold custody of funds and is not responsible for any losses arising from your trading decisions.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revive Watch is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
